Stephen is out of surgery. It went well. They had to wire his jaw shut. They said that it shouldn't be that long and that he will eventually have elastic bands to help stabilize the fractures. He is still on the ventilator but the surgeons say he should come off tomorrow. The eye doctors will be back tomorrow to check his eyes again after he is awake.

Thank you again for all your prayers. It means the world to us to have a support system that lifts us up to the Lord and comes and sits with us at the hospital. The Lord has answered your prayers by having the swelling go down so Stephen could have this surgery today. Please continue to lift Stephen up in your prayers as he has lots of recovery ahead.
